Cooks can learn to make the classic summer dessert, PEACH CRISP WITH OAT & PECAN STREUSEL with celebrity pastry Chef Dwayne Ingraham during our May 23rd Virtual Cooking Class presented by Pearson Farm. Always versatile, the crisp is great for the casual dinner and also can be jazzed up for special occasions.

We can’t think of a better pairing than Chef Dwayne’s talent and the juicy peaches and buttery pecans from family owned and operated Pearson Farm, located in Fort Valley, GA. You will learn all the steps including how to select perfectly ripe juicy peaches and how to prepare our featured recipe - along with a variation you’ll also love.

For more than 135 years, Pearson Farm has shared their love of the land and its bounty with customers. Today, Pearson Farm offers consumers and chefs 43 varieties of peaches, pecans and pantry goodies, such as jams and jellies through their website. Georgia peaches and pecans are not only delicious, but packed with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.
