The usual culinary demonstration includes the following:

Andy Chapman is a gifted teacher who is able to connect with his audience and build rapport and trust. He has represented exceptional ingredients and their producers to audiences from school-aged children to culinary school students and from retail market seminars to professional executive chef seminars and training workshops across the United States and in global markets including ingredient presentations and culinary demonstrations to chefs in India, Taiwan, Mexico and soon, the Republic of Korea.

Fees include chef talent, basic ingredients and cooking tools. Client to provide featured ingredient(s), appropriate setup, mileage and travel expenses.
