EATYALL to Welcome Chefs to the Finger Lakes Region of New York!
The New York Beef Council has partnered with EATYALL to host approximately 15 leading chefs at an EATYALL Chef Camp in the Finger Lakes Region of New York on June 14-15, 2022.
Chefs will gather in Rochester and travel the region to experience the local beef industry as well as other culinary education.
This unique opportunity will include the following itinerary:
- Immersive, behind-the-scenes farm tours at two New York beef operations
- Sirloin Top Butt meat breakdown demonstration
- Wine and ingredient tastings
- Collaborative cooking at New York Kitchen
- Networking with other chefs and industry professionals
During farm tours, chefs will tour two leading cattle farms where they’ll hear about beef genetics, see how livestock farms can contribute to environmental sustainability and learn how farmers raise quality graded beef to restaurant kitchens.
EATYALL Chef Camp is by invitation only and space is limited. Thanks to the partnership of the New York Beef Council and other partners, there is no cost to participate, including all tours, meals and overnight lodging. Chefs are responsible for travel to and from camp.
