Lucky for you Eat Y’all is hosting a Chef’s Table in Ridgeland, MS on January 8th and you have the opportunity to join! What’s a Chef’s Table, you ask?

The night will consist of a 5 course dinner prepared by two of Mississippi’s fabulous chefs, Chef Gary Hawkins from Sophia’s Restaurant at Fairview Inn in Jackson, MS and Chef Patrick Heim from Taste! Catering on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Chef Gary Hawkins studied at the Memphis Culinary Academy and once made to-go food for the Rolling Stones! Chef Patrick Heim is a trained military chef who has traveled the world perfecting his cooking! Chef Heim is also the creator of several wildly successful pop-up restaurants along the Mississippi Gulf Coast over the past year. Not only will you get to experience the culinary creations of these two chefs, there will also be a 90-point wine pairing with each course.
